Bulk Edit Shopify B2B Price Catalogs

B2B pricing in Shopify enables you to set custom prices and manage product availability through catalogs, tailoring the buying experience for different B2B customers. 

With Mixtable you can now set fixed prices and compare-at prices for your Shopify B2B price catalogs directly from a Products (with variants) Mixtable worksheet.

Map B2B prices to a column

In a workbook, create a Products (with variants) worksheet. This worksheet shows Product and Variant information together on one worksheet.

1. You now need to load the B2B price for a catalog you’ve defined in Shopify into an empty column.
2. To load new Shopify data, start by selecting an empty column — any column with a non-green header (green headers mean the column is already linked to Shopify data). Then, click the ⚡️ button in the column header to open the selection window to choose the data you want to pull in.
3. In the window that opens, select the B2B Market Prices. From the drop-down fields, select the catalog whose price you want to edit and then select either the Price or the Compare-At Price field.
4. You’ll now see the column populate with the B2B prices for your variants for the specific catalog.
5. Now, find the variant whose B2B price you’d like to change, and update it. Note that you need to have the currency symbol ahead of the price. For example - “USD 15.99”
